This means that when you order certain things from our website, we get to work with Printful to produce it just for you! This "made-to-order" approach helps us reduce waste and offer a wider variety of designs.
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on Printful’s live rates and we use specialized packaging for every product type.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or send a replacement.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a misprint, we are so sorry! Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
